Warranty Policy

At California Cricket, we proudly offer a 5-year limited warranty on all new Cricket carts we sell — because we stand behind the product when it’s built right.

That said, this warranty only covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or common wear and tear.

Specifically:

We are not responsible for damage caused by riding rough, off-road misuse, or treating your Cricket like a dune buggy.
We do not cover issues resulting from improper maintenance or neglect.
And yes — if your battery dies because you forgot to charge it for three months... that one’s on you.

This warranty is not a service plan, nor a replacement for common sense. It exists to cover legitimate failures due to factory issues — not accidents, forgetfulness, or creative abuse.

All claims are subject to review.

Proof of proper maintenance and care may be required.
